How to Place an Order
Add the products you want to purchase to your shopping cart.
Continue to checkout through PayPal or the regular checkout page.
Enter your email address, full name, and complete shipping information.
If you have a promo code, apply it in the Discount field.
Review your delivery address → enter payment details → click Complete Order.
After checkout, an order confirmation will appear on screen and will also be sent by email. Support: service@xenoriia.com
Incorrect or Missing Items
Please contact customer support with:
Your order number
A clear photo under 1MB showing the issue
After review, the correct product will be arranged and shipped at no additional cost. Email: service@xenoriia.com
Confirming Your Order
Your confirmation email contains your order number and purchase details. If you cannot find it, please check your spam or junk folder.
Modifying an Order
Order changes must be requested before 11:00 PM (PDT, GMT -7) on the same day the order is placed. After this time, processing may already begin. Contact: service@xenoriia.com
Cart Operations
Add items: Choose product options → Add to Cart
View cart: Click the shopping cart icon
Adjust quantity: Change the Quantity field
Remove item: Select Remove

Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, Apple Pay.
PayPal Checkout
Choose PayPal → sign in to your account → approve payment → return to the confirmation page.
Discount Codes
Enter your discount code → click Apply → the discount will appear in your order summary.
