Cancellation, Returns & Refund Policy

Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled before shipment is finalized and before production has started.
If a cancellation request is accepted before dispatch, the full purchase amount will be refunded to the original payment method.
Orders that have already been transferred to the shipping carrier cannot be cancelled.

Returns
Return requests must be submitted within 14 days after the order is received.
To qualify, returned products must meet the requirements below:

The product must be unused and remain in its original received condition.
All original packaging must be included with the return.
A valid order confirmation or proof of purchase must be provided.

Please contact customer support before arranging any return shipment. Return instructions must be issued first and followed properly.
Customers will not be charged more than one total shipping cost, including the original delivery fee and return shipping when applicable.
No restocking fee will be applied.

Refunds
After the returned product has arrived and been inspected, an email confirmation will be sent to confirm that the return has been reviewed.
You will be informed whether the refund has been approved.
Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method, usually within several business days depending on the payment provider.

Delayed or Missing Refunds
If your refund has not appeared:

Review your bank account again.
Contact your credit card provider, as posting may require additional time.
Contact your bank, since processing periods may vary.

Return Shipping
Return instructions will be provided after the return request is approved.
Returns caused by personal preference or other customer-related reasons may require the customer to cover return shipping.
For damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped items, return shipping costs will be covered.
